This is the Granddaddy of all of my BBQ classes this is where you learn all of my processes as well as my recipes that I use at BBQ Competitions.
I will follow the exact timeline I use at a BBQ competition and show you EXACTLY how I make Chicken, Ribs, Pork & Brisket at BBQ contests – What makes this class special is I will also share with you the recipes I have used to win as well. This is a must class for any BBQ enthusiast.
Class Starts at 5:00pm on February 27th and will end around 10pm we will pick back up at 7:00 am and go till 2:00 pm or untill every question is answered on Saturday February 28th.
I will coordinate and attempt to negotiate a discounted rate for some nearby hotels. I will post that info once I get it. If you need to fly in Denver International Airport is the airport you should fly into. The class will be held at the Grillin’ shop in Centennial CO it is about 1 hour south of the airport.
This two-day class will include every technique that has helped us win 2014 RMBBQA Team of the Year, including meat selection, meat-sauce-rub-injection preparation, cooking times/temps, and presentation details. We will provide contest-proven detailed instructions regarding our entire competition process, as well as demonstrations of each step we go through to win. Every student will walk away with enough knowledge to become a true threat on the competitive BBQ circuit.
