Being Colorado’s only BBQ brand with roots in winning championship BBQ competitions adds a layer of authenticity to what we offer. My first job when I moved to Colorado in 2019 was with G-QUE BBQ. Started as an ice cream scooper and kept expressing interest in learning new positions. I had opportunities to work my way through the restaurant learning and perfecting all of the positions FOH and BOH and finally Assistant General Manager. Grateful for Nick my GM who is now our newly appointed president for allowing me and others the opportunities to learn and grow with the company.

Tip Pooling – $20/h Min.
Everyone puts in the work, everyone shares the benefits. Pay ranges day to day based on tips but you can expect a minimum of $20 per hour.

- Assistant Manager
- The Assistant General Manager is to lead and inspire our restaurant team while driving results. You'll motivate staff to exceed service standards, oversee daily operations, and ensure a seamless guest experience. Your role will involve coaching team members, managing shifts, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellence, we’d love to see you contribute to our success!
- Back of House
- Join our restaurant as a Kitchen Team Member, where you'll play a key role in delivering quality smoked meats and sides prepared daily. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, ensuring every dish meets our excellence criteria. In a fast-paced environment, you'll work efficiently to produce flavorful, perfectly smoked BBQ that keeps our guests coming back for more. - As General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our restaurant's success. You'll lead and motivate your team, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. How does it work?
After the referred team member completes a full week on the job, showing up on time, the G-Que team member who referred them gets $100. After the new hire completes a successful first month, both the new hire and person who referred get an added day of PTO.
