I have a passion for expertly-prepared meat, craft beer, and spirits. When I am not stoking the fire, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and watching sports. Growing up and living most of my life in Missouri, barbecue has been an important part of my life. I hope you enjoy eating GQue BBQ as much as I enjoy sharing it with you.
