2. How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter. Entry instructions will be provided in the corresponding giveaway post or announcement. Limit one (1) entry per person, unless otherwise stated.

3. Giveaway Period: Each giveaway will run during the dates and times specified in the announcement post. Entries received outside the stated period will not be considered.

4. Prize: Prizes will be described in the announcement post and will generally range in value from $25 to $100. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Winners will be notified through the contact method used to enter (e.g., social media direct message or email). If a winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these General Giveaway Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond Sponsor’s control impair its integrity or proper functioning.

7. 2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period: Begins October 1, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. Mountain Time (MT) and ends October 10, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MT (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter

• G-Que Club Check-In (In-Restaurant or Online)
  • During the Giveaway Period, each G-Que Club check-in made in-restaurant or online (including redemptions of rewards) earns one (1) entry. Entries are timestamped when the check-in posts to Sponsor’s system. Unlimited entries via check-ins permitted, provided each check-in is bona fide and complies with program terms. Automated or fraudulent activity is prohibited.
  • Each check-in entry will be associated with one (1) G-Que location as follows:

• • • In-restaurant check-ins: associated with the store visited.
    • Online orders: associated with the fulfilling store.
    • Reward redemptions: associated with the store where redeemed.
• Mail-In (Alternative Method of Entry — “AMOE”)
  • To enter without a purchase or check-in, hand-print on a 4″×6″ index card: your Full Name, Phone, Email, and Mailing Address, plus your preferred G-Que location (Westminster, Lone Tree, Lakewood, or Thornton), and mail in a standard-size envelope with proper postage to:

    • Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/10/2025 and received by 10/13/2025. One (1) entry per mailed envelope; unlimited mail-in entries allowed, but each must be mailed separately. If a preferred location is not indicated, Sponsor may assign a location based on entrant’s address or in Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Prize (1 Total): One (1) Grand Prize: A $1,000 G-Que Gift Card awarded to one (1) qualifying entrant. Total ARV: $1,000.

• • Gift card subject to terms & conditions; lost/stolen card will not be replaced; no cash redemption except as required by law.

6. Odds: Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received per location during the Giveaway Period.

7. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on Monday, 10/14/2025 from all eligible entries received for each location.

8. Verification: Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

9. Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue IRS Form 1099 as required.

10. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, city/state, likeness, and/or prize information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor. Sponsor may disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Disputes/Governing Law: Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway or any prize shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Colorado. 1. Eligibility: The Catering Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of G-Que BBQ (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period: The Giveaway begins on October 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM Mountain Time (“MT”) and ends on October 10, 2025 at 11:59 PM MT (“Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period, entrants must complete the online form available at www.gquebbq.com/cateringcontest and nominate their office for a chance to win catering for 10 people. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period.

• • By submitting the entry form, entrants authorize G-Que BBQ to contact them for potential business opportunities, including but not limited to catering orders.

4. Prize: One (1) winner will receive catering for ten (10) people, valued up to $200 in catered lunch. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash, substituted, or transferred. No other prizes will be awarded. The Catering Director from G-Que BBQ will coordinate directly with the winner to schedule the lunch at a mutually agreed-upon time.

5. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or about October 13, 2025 from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via email or phone. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
