One bite of this Smoked Pot Roast and you will never cook another chuck roast one in the oven again. Add your favorite veggies and you have an easy dinner with very little clean up

Season Pot Roast which is a Chuck Roast with a base coat of Salt And Pepper then hit it with a Beef Rub.

Smoke at 350 for 40 minutes then flip and smoke for another 40 minutes.

Then add your veggies to a new pan with your Pot Roasts add 3 parts Broth to 1 part Red wine – I like a 50/50 blend of chicken and beef broths and I like to use a Malbec for wine.

Cook foiled in the oven for 4.5 hours or until the meat is fork tender or registering at least 205.

Not only is the Pot roast Fantastic but the Veggies are as well.
