Thank you 5280 for mentioning us and awarding our Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage Denver’s best Sausage for 2016.
Our Sausage is a 50% blend of pork and 50% blend of beef. It has just the right amount of spice. We add in some jalapeño and cheddar and smoke it till it will snap over Hickory wood that we have trucked in from Eastern Kansas.

Everyone has a different tolerance for how much heat they like. If you like things very spicy you will find our sausage to light for you however if you like things a little on the spicy side without having to have to take a drink a and cool your mouth off you will probably find the heat level of the sausage just right as it definitely has a kick to it but it should not be overwhelming as long as you don’t mind a little heat.

One link of the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage is the perfect complement to a half pound of Brisket or a half rack of Ribs. It also makes a nice pairing with the Hickory Smoked Turkey Breast as well. Don’t take our word or 5280’s word Come on in and try it for yourself.
