I take 2 of my favorite things Brisket & Bourbon and see what it will taste like if I combine both into a Brisket Infused Bourbon.
1 750ml bottle of Bourbon
1 shot of REAL Maple Syrup
2 Pounds of Hot Brisket wrapped in Cheesecloth
Combine all 3 and cover tightly make sure brisket is completely submerged in the Bourbon Let sit out for 2 weeks – I only did a week in the video – then place in Freezer overnight – Strain and your done
