Brush sauce on tenderloin when internal temp hits 135 pork is done at 145.
I used Charcoal and a couple of chunks of hickory to cook the pork tenderloin. You can cook at variety of different temperatures but you want to keep it under 350 and be sure to pull it out at 145 to ensure the pork tenderloin is VERY juicy.
If you do pull at the correct temperature you will find the pork tenderloin is juicer than if you brined it. It is possible to get a Juicy Pork tenderloin without brining – Check out the juice I get in the video. The sauce makes this one delicious pork tenderloin recipe you will find yourself coming back to time and time again. The sauce goes well on any pork for that matter.
Slice into medallions and spoon sauce over slices.
