To make the Best Breakfast taco you will need just a couple of items.
- Leftover Brisket (come on in and get some brisket to-go if you don’t have any left over)
- One Egg Fried in Pork Fat
- Tomatillo Salsa
- 1 lb Tomatillos
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 White
- 3-5 Serrano Peppers depending on how hot you like it
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- Roast off veggies then smash in a molcajete
- Corn or Flour tortilla
Combine all ingredients into tortilla and enjoy!
